Please note that competition and test forms must be approved by the club office to ensure that all dues are paid in full. Please place the forms in the "Competition Forms" mailbox (#31). Sheila checks the box on a daily basis, confirms that the skater is "a member in good standing," and then asks an officer to sign it. After it is signed, we will place the application in the coaches' mailbox. Please do not wait until just before the competition application deadline to request a signature. A minimum of three (3) business days is needed for forms to be signed. Good luck!
